If your tire is losing air overnight or the low-pressure light keeps coming back, drive in and we'll find the leak — most punctures in the tread area can be properly repaired for a fraction of the cost of a new tire.
We do not use a plug-from-the-outside shortcut and call it done. A correct repair means dismounting the tire, inspecting the inside for damage the outside won't show, and installing a patch-plug combination that seals both the puncture channel and the inner liner.

What affects your final cost
- Whether the tire must be dismounted (almost always, for a safe repair)
- Wheel or TPMS sealing issues found during inspection
- Whether the puncture is repairable or the tire needs replacement

Signs of a slow leak or puncture
- TPMS light comes on every few days after you air the tire up
- One tire is consistently low in the morning
- You can see a nail, screw or staple head in the tread
- Hissing you can hear when the car is parked
- The tire went flat overnight but holds air when filled
- Steering pulls to one side at low speed
How we find the leak
- Full inflation and a soapy-water or dunk-tank check of the tread, sidewall and bead
- Valve stem and TPMS sensor seal — a common leak source people miss
- Wheel bead surface for corrosion, especially on aluminum wheels
- Inside liner inspection after dismounting for hidden damage or run-flat scuffing
- Whether the puncture sits inside the repairable tread area

- Dismount and internal inspection
- Buffing and cleaning of the inner liner
- Patch-plug repair that seals the injury from the inside
- Remount and computer balance

- Honest answer if the tire cannot be safely repaired
How it works at our Rivers Ave shop

Drive in
No appointment. If the tire is flat, put the spare on or air it up and come straight over.

Locate the leak
We pressurize and test the whole tire and wheel assembly.

Repair or replace
Repairable punctures are patched from the inside; unsafe damage gets a straight recommendation.
- Step 4
Balance and torque
Back on the road, usually the same visit.
Frequently asked questions
Can a tire with a nail in it be repaired?
Usually yes, if the nail is in the tread area and the hole is 1/4" or smaller. Punctures in the sidewall or the shoulder area cannot be safely repaired — that tire needs to be replaced.
Is it safe to drive on a plugged tire?
A proper internal patch-plug repair restores the tire for normal use. An outside-only plug is a temporary fix and can fail at highway speed, which is why we don't do them as a final repair.
How long does flat repair take?
Typically well under an hour once your vehicle is in a bay. We're first-come, first-served on Rivers Ave.
My TPMS light stays on after the repair. Why?
Some vehicles need a short drive cycle or a relearn procedure. If it stays on, come back — the sensor itself may be dead, which we can test.
